  I have visited the Charles Clark Health Clinic multiple times to see my Doctor, S. Makhdoom. The clinic is warm and inviting, offering a small bakery/coffee shop on the main floor, and it is easy to navigate to the second floor where the clinic is from the elevator or the stairs. The clinic is clean with lots of seating, magazines, and beautiful local art pieces are featured everywhere. The front desk staff always says hello and check you in promptly, and a nurse/staff greets you and accompanies you to a waiting room when ready. I've never had to wait long, and I have always felt more than comfortable asking and answering questions with the team of doctors and never felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Makhdoom is always listening when I'm asking questions and will follow-up with anything that was discussed in previous visits. Prescriptions are written and then printed at separate desk on your way out, creating privacy from the waiting area, and they always double check your preferred pharmacy for pick-up convenience. My partner is now a patient of the clinic as well and I look forward to using them for all of our future needs.

  Happy with the experiences I have had here. The staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. It is easy to make an appointment and I have never had to wait long. The facility is clean and bright.
